2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as nature and purpose for their use

a) when visiting the website

When accessing our website, information is automatically sent to our website server by the browser employed on your terminal. Such Information is temporarily stored in a so-called logfile. Here, the following information is entered without any action on your part and stored until automatic deletion.

  • IP address of requesting computer,

  • Date and time of access,

  • Name and URL of file retrieved,

  • Website from which the access takes place (referrer URL),

  • Browser used and operating system of your computer where necessary as well as name of your access provider.

The data mentioned are processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring smooth website connection,

  • Ensuring convenient usage of our website,

  • Evaluation of system security and stability and

  • for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is provided by Article 6 (1) Page 1(f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the above listed purposes for data collection. In no case we use the collected data for the purpose to draw conclusions to you as an individual.

In addition to that, we employ cookies and analytical services when you visit our website. For detailed information please refer to Data Protection Declaration (clauses 4 and 5).

3. Disclosure of data

A transfer of personal data to third parties or for other purposes than specified in the following does not take place.

We only disclose your personal data to third parties when:

  • you have given your express consent acc. to Article 6 (1) Page 1(a) DSGVO,

  • the disclosure acc. to Article 6 (1) Page 1(f) DSGVO is required for the purpose of establishing, exercising and defending legal claims and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding interest warranting protection relating to the non-disclosure of your data,

  • in the event that there is a mandatory obligation for the disclosure acc. to Article 6 (1) Page 1(c) DSGVO,

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small files which are automatically generated by your browser and stored on your terminal (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your terminal and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.

Information is stored in the cookie resulting from each connection to the specifically employed terminal. However, this does not mean that we are immediately informed about your identity.

On the one hand, the usage of cookies serves to make the use of our offer more comfortable to you. For that reason, we employ so-called session cookies to recognize that you already visited individual pages of our website. They are automatically deleted once you have left our website.

To optimize the user-friendliness we additionally employ temporary cookies which are stored on your terminal for a certain specified period of time. A complete deactivation of cookies may however mean that not all functions of our website are accessible.

5. Rights of persons affected

You have the right:

  • to demand information about your personal data processed by us acc. to Article 15 DSGVO. You may particularly demand information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the category of recipients to whom your data were or are disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of the right to complain, the origin of data, unless they were collected on our end, as well as the existence of an automated decision-making including profiling and meaningful information on these details where appropriate,

  • to demand the immediate correction of your inaccurate data or the completion of your personal data stored with us acc. to Article 16 DSGVO,

  • to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with us acc. to Article 17 DSGVO, unless the processing for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the purpose of establishing, exercising and defending legal claims is required,

  • to demand the restriction of processing your personal data acc. to Article 18 DSGVO, in so far as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, a deletion of the data is however refused by you and the data are no longer required by us or an objection is entered by you against the processing acc. to Article 21 DSGVO,

  • to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or demand the transfer of data to another person responsible acc. to Article 20 DSGVO,

  • to revoke your consent once given to us at any time acc. to Article 7(3) DSGVO. This means that we are not allowed to continue future data processing which was based on this consent,

  • to complain at a regulatory body acc. to Article 77 DSGVO. In principle you may contact the regulatory body of your place of usual residence or workplace or law office.

6. Right of objection

As far as your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object against the processing of personal data acc. to Article 21 DSGVO, provided that reasons exist that result from your special situation or the opposition is directed against direct advertizing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object which is implemented by us without indication of a special situation.

If you wish to make use of your right of revocation or objection an email sent to the a.m. email address is sufficient.

7. Data security

As a matter of fact, we employ adequate technical and organizational safety measures to ensure that your data is protected against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss in whole or in part, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our safety measures are continually improved in line with technological developments.

8. Up-to-dateness and amendments to the data protection declaration

The above data protection declaration is currently valid and has last been updated in May 2018.

By the further development of our website and offers thereon or owing to changes in the relevant legal provisions or official requirements it may be necessary to amend this declaration. The current data protection declaration may be accessed or printed by you on your website at any time.
